Personal Identity PaperThis paper is a reflection on my personal identity as well as an evaluation of my thoughts, attitudes, motivating factors and behaviour. Personal identity is understood to be the self-concept and aspects of character that one has little control on. Personal identity is demonstrated outwardly in personal and professional life. An understanding of personality identity will help me in understanding myself, choosing ideal careers, understanding how to deal with others and knowing my strengths and weaknesses. In this reflection we will use different personal test and identity inventories tools.Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory (MBPI):This test breaks down personality by two pairs of cognitive functions. The cognitive functions are the rational functions and irrational functions. Rational functions are thinking and feeling while irrational functions are sensation and intuition. These functions are further broken down into sixteen different personality types based on how the functions are paired with each other. MBPI assess personality on four aspects these are orientation, information, decision and structure. Test results are represented by four letters. My score in Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory is 52% introverted and 48% extroverted. This class is symbolised I in the test score. This means I am neither a true introvert or
