Chronic Health Conditions in Children Student Name Course Date Instructor Abstract This paper explores chronic health conditions among children in a school environment setting where the teachers play the role of the primary guardian to the kids. The paper finds that teachers play an important role making sure that children with chronic health conditions receive earliest and effective care and support while undergoing childhood education and development.
