However, the motive for change may differ from one organization to another. Some organization may conduct change due to prevailing circumstances which forces them to make the changes, while others may make changes to simply improve their performances and success (Aarons, Ehrhart, Farahnak, Hurlburt, 2015). The two motives for change are different since one is forced by circumstance while the other is a voluntary change. At one point, the company had to make structural changes within the management of the organization as a way of enhancing the success of the company.
