One of the major elements of the environment is competition. The nature of how the Tim’s Coffee Shoppe deals with the competition plays a critical role in the success of the shop. The competition ensures that the company competes for the available resources as well as the customers with the rivals. However, Tim’s Coffee Shoppe has ensured that its products are well differentiated. That indicates the company ensures that what they offer are unique which gives them a distinct services from the rest. Tim’s Coffee Shoppe also competes with the indirect competitors in the industry. Some of the supermarkets are offering coffee to some of the customers providing
