Immediately, Ferguson alerted security, Bobby Klink, within the Mall to follow Sloan Jackson. The security officer found Jackson seated near a yogurt stand within the Mall compound. After being approached by Bobby Klink, the security officer, Jackson ran off; however, he was apprehended. Nevertheless, Jackson did not have anything from the store. Later, a shirt that missing in the clothing store within the Merchandise Mall was found placed in a mall trash in the yogurt stand where Jackson was seated. Ferguson argued that the shirt’s color was exact the one that he saw Jackson put under his coat. On the other side, Jackson defends himself by arguing that he did not
