As such, the planned events for capacity building will involve a getaway from the office and out of town, where members will bond and also receive training on emerging issues in the healthcare facility. Firstly, it is important to note that as is with the organization culture, the capacity building events are in line with the calendar of important events for the organization. This year has seen the organization being recognized for its high quality and professionally world-class services.
