The employee is always excited and jubilant to start a new job and ready to prove to the employer his or her worth. On the other hand, the organization has a recruit joining the team of the other employees to learn all about the culture of the company, vision, and goals. It is a defining experience, which fosters loyalty and confidence leaving the new workers ready to work as a representative for the organization internally and externally for the coming future. It is a distinctive moment for both the company and the employee (Daniel, 2004). New employees experience some common problems during their first day at work like the one I have undergone previously. They are given too much information too soon in that they cannot master it at the first day of work. For instance, they are provided with many rules and regulation that govern the employees and the company and they
