One of these factors is the instructional problems. For many years I have faced numerous instructional problems while teaching. As a teacher I usually handle large numbers of students, who each have different personalities and attitudes. Therefore, the manner of issuing instructions and teaching may be perceived differently by the students. This paper will critically discuss the major instructional problems that I face while teaching as well as how the instructional problems could be averted or solved. Highlight of the Instructional ProblemsIt is usually discouraging when I work hard in preparing to teach through rigorous research, only for the effort to be undermined by students. Such occurrences normally lower my morale and ultimately affect my intended goals and objectives in that particular course or subject. It is thus important for teachers to know how to deal with each of the instructional problems they face during teaching. There are four major instructional problems that I usually encounter that this paper will critically look
