I highly regret the cost the interns incurred by the firm because of incompetence and poor knowledge in the business of the firm. Whereas disbanding the intern program may appear as a noble idea for the company, I would like to argue otherwise. The intern program has performed exceptionally in the past business events, and it will be, unfair for the firm to disband the program based on one misfortune. The intern program not only cements the role of the firm in the community but also act as a career opportunity for young professionals to educate themselves in terms of what happens in the real marketplace.I would like to request that you grant the intern program a second chance to prove itself in future business engagements, we have learned our mistakes and would like to assure you that you will never see something of that nature again
