Comparing genders on a particular issue has always been a controversial topic especially when considering how members of a particular gender are better in a particular aspect than their counterparts. Consequently, handling such a topic needs great concern. In negotiations, one cannot claim that a particular gender does better than the other. This is because there is a disparity in negotiation skills and tactics among genders. For example females are more persuasive than their male counterparts. On the other hand, men tend to be formal when handling different issues. Therefore, when considering the differences between males and females in negotiations, it would be best to consider their differences in abilities. Certainly, it is not appropriate to underestimate either of the gender’s capability on the topic matter.
