There should be a zero price if it is a busy/main road to and from certain locations. Yeah, it would be nice to not deal with traffic, but why does everything HAVE to have a price tag? With that being said, it wouldn't hurt the people who made the city to add a transponder, but the low class 'barely making it' workers need every cent they get, and they don't just give raises because someone decided to add a toll or two on their way to work, since not every worker had to deal with it (more than likely).Price Floors - Even though I am currently employed, I am not working because my job is now two hours away. I just had an interview with a location not even five minutes away, which would be very good. They start off at $12.00 an hour, higher than my $9.75. Would I still take the job for the same pay ? Probably so, but nothing lower. I have a family to care for and anything lower
