As this has been often the case, it is even more significant currently in an economy where project leaders are requested to perform more with less. They are required to involve budgets for their projects, utilize less available resources to perform with in the projects, and decreased timelines to achieve the services or the products to market. The leader should be able to do that in order to ensure that the organizations or the depending community remain competitive in a global economy.
