However, in recent times, its application has diversified to fields such as delivery, agriculture, photography, and disaster response and wildlife management. Surveillance drones legislation Florida, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Texas were the first states to introduced drone bills regulating the use of drones in law enforcement processes in 2013. The following year, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Utah, and Iowa passed similar laws (McNeal, 2014). According
