Reflection PaperMy idea was a small restaurant specializing in the tastes and entertainment needs of my Ethiopian community. After the course, I, would still start the same type of business. The rationale for this decision is the target niche market, which I understand very well being a member of the community myself. Apart from my passion to serve my community, I have identified a gap that exists for a home-away-from home, all rounded entertainment facility.I think I will be successful for two main reasons. The first reason is that there is a glaring deficiency for a decent place to go out, eat traditional foods and relax. My community congregates in small restaurants and stores to enjoy their time. They would certainly appreciate a more wholesome entertainment experience that combines a cozy homely atmosphere with traditional foods and entertainment. The second reason is that there is a sizeable and growing population of my community in the DC area to support the envisaged business. This target market has sufficient purchasing power to afford the services I intend to offer. Last and perhaps most importantly I would providing this service to my community.My thoughts on how to be a success in business
