Proposal Idea and Audience ProfileStudent’s NameInstitution’s NameIn preparing my proposal on the Phil Long Dealership company in the Colorado Springs area that provides sales; it offers poor customer service, inadequate facilities, poor community service and lack of innovation on design(Center, 2018). As an employee, I intend to seek funds from the workers union to fully support the project. The audiences I have for the proposalwill be the proposal include Vanessa Dinan (marketing manager), John Smith (Manager), Michelle Hill (Corporate Communications Manager) and Carmen Molina (HR Manager). John Smith is the figure behind most decisions made at the Phil Long Dealership at the Springs of Colorado that has for long lost its customer satisfaction hence I make him my first preliminary audience. After fully demonstrating my ideas in the proposal above; I would like to appeal to Mr. John Smith and Ms. Carmen Molina to do the necessary changes in the organization(Tibbetts and Leeper, 2016)<w:b
