History of Present Illness (HPI) The patient is a 65-year-old individual who presents with one week of persistent nausea and progressive fatigue. Nausea is described as constant, non-bilious, and non-bloody, with no active vomiting. Fatigue is generalized and limits daily activities. Symptoms are not clearly related to meals.
