Social media branding can be highly effective for a cleaning service business when used strategically. Organizations that can lead data-driven marketing are more likely to increase their revenues by fifty-five percent versus those organizations that do not, which are around twenty percent according to Quesenberry (2015). Social media has an incredibly significant impact on ethics within my cleaning business by shaping and influencing the way we interact with our clients, employees, and the public. Through social media platforms, we can highlight transparent and ethical practices, communicate openly with our customers, and address any concerns or complaints promptly. However, it also presents challenges such as maintaining privacy and confidentiality of client information, ensuring truthful advertising, and upholding standards of professionalism in online interactions.
