The study included a literature review of previous research to guide future researchers interested in individual differences and organizational culture within a business context. During the study, participants completed a questionnaire about themselves and the Organizational Culture Inventory, as described by Ledimo (Ledimo,2015). The Organizational Culture Inventory was used to measure organizational culture, as outlined in Ledimo's study (Ledimo,2015).Several studies have reported statistically significant individual differences based on gender, age, and race (Ledimo, 2015).
