Even those directly inspired by Gulick's ideas have been modified to highlight differing viewpoints and contemporary priorities (Kania & Davis, 2019).The first function of Criminal Justice Manager is leading. Leadership does not require any type of leadership but having the characteristic is what qualifies a good leader. You must know how to be effective with leadership. Effective leadership sets managers apart from others.
