2-2 Final Project Milestone One: Draft of Introduction and BibliographySouthern New Hampshire UniversityHSE 320: Human Services Organization Systems 03:46:17 GMT -05:00Nurturing our Mothers is a nonprofit organization that was built to support mothers after childbirth and during the postpartum stage. We currently have 50 employees and several volunteers. The employees and volunteers at this organization are all mothers from different cultural backgrounds who we have worked with or have had issues postpartum. It is important for our organization to work with and help any woman who walks into our doors which is why we have employees and volunteers go through proper training to be able to work with a diverse group of people. Currently, funding comes from local agencies, government funding, grants, and donations which can be done through our website, social platforms, and at our donor events. While we give clients what they need and offer them support, we are having issues within the organization with many labeling it as “toxic” and 10 employees leaving in the past year.
