Since perception is subjective, this means each employee may perceive things differently in the same work situation. Knowing how staff differs is extremely important when trying to create a positive work environment.During my many years of employment within healthcare, I have worked in several cultural environments some were good, some were reasonable. and some terrible. One organization I worked there for over a decade. I watched the environment, culture, and behavior change after the tragic passing of our President. The environment shifted from a employee satisfying environment to a business that was only concerned with how much money they were making. During my time at this organization I had three behaviors develop.A few months after new leadership took over the organization, I noticed that started keeping my opinions to myself in meeting and when co=workers asked how I felt about certain changes.
