Problem statement: The unethical decision making instances in organizations have been increasingly gaining in importance in recent years. It has been found that there has been a direct correlation between gender and ethics. There are conflicting views as to whether men and women have differing opinions on ethics in business. There have been efforts to understand how gender traits and gender personality along with the social make up lend themselves to the perception of ethical decision making .Review of literature As more and more women are increasingly participating in business decision making process, it is interesting to see if the business community will benefit from more important ethical business making decision.
