ABSTRACT:An organization success depends a lot on its management team. Management team guide the staffs and ensure that they work towards the success of the organization. Management team consists of people who are highly experienced and are in senior posts in the organization. They are given the responsibilities of encouraging the other employees and making proper planning and analysis. Thus in a way it can be said that the entire success of the organization depends on the management style of these senior managers. So, these managers need to possess some of the extraordinary qualities and one of the most essential qualities is the leadership quality. It is the leadership skill that can help the managers or the team leaders to lead their team in an efficient manner and make the projects successful and thus benefit the organization.
