Law Ethics And Corporate Governance

Corporate governance is the set of rules regulations or practices that an organization follows for the functioning of the corporate. Success of a business depends on how much good governance is practiced in the corporate. So now corporate takes special attention towards maintaining good governance which helps to create brand name in the market. Three major concepts Doing corporate social responsibility It means doing something for the society as part of the society .Corporate should give something back to the society. It should follow law order should work for the development of the society where it works. So I will make sure that my organization does various social welfare activities like development of infrastructure, spreading education for the underprivileged in the society. Giving healthy safe work place for the employees It is important that good work environment is given to the employee which motivates them to work properly also if they get safe work environment they can work without fear which will increase their productivity. So I will make sure that employees in my organization get healthy safe environment so that they can work properly. I will also give then job security which will give them confidence to work well.
