The recent recession has led to stringent policy measures across the world and this paper will look into different regions and how they have used monetary policy to their use. Goals that guide the monetary policies are very similar across the world but central banks all over the world divulge in different methods in dealing with the same. The main mandate for the central bank all over the world is to meet price stability requirement in the country.
