The members of a group should be conveniently in touch with one another. In a group, theres much emotional attachment to its formation. In this case members feel close and friendly towards another due to age, social status or even the common background. When people are faced with a common problem or challenge, they will tend to form groups. Groups tend to offer a sense of security and belonging to an individual.
