During this process, numerous concepts arise, making them a significant aspect to note when discussing curriculum development and design (Gamson et al., 2019). For example, when determining the best educational content to teach students, more than one individual must be included in the process to ensure there are different perspectives to the initiative to make it more effective. In such a situation, a concept of collaboration occurs since educators must collaborate with parents, students, and other educational officials to ensure the best educational decisions and services (Murphy, 2018). Other concepts like professional development and flexibility also address setting goals and objectives and organizing course material, respectively (Katoue & Schwinghammer, 2020). The interaction and
