As you entered the doors of Wallace Academy you have entered the doors of a family away from your family at home. We are pleased that you chose Wallace Academy as your place of employment. This is a place where we put children first and we show and give respect to one another. This is a place where we put children first. We make children our first priority. We are firm believers that all children are capable of learning. All children have different learning styles and abilities so we strive to teach to there varying abilities. Here at Wallace Academy the center has an open-door policy as well as my office door. I am available to have conversations with all staff throughout the day as long my office door is open.
