The company is created to offer consumers tickets for a variety of events, from movies, concerts, sporting events, and family entertainment (Ticketmaster, 2021). Ticketmaster is the worlds leading ticketing platform helping get tickets into the hands of fans every day. In the United States, in 2022, Ticketmaster had a brand awareness of 88%, a popularity of 59%, and usage of 52% (Kunst, 2022). Ticketmaster has a wide range of resources to meet every consumer convenience and accessibility to any event. In 2010 Ticketmaster was merged with Live Nation, another entertainment company. Within the company Live Nation, Greg Maffei, who is the CEO of Liberty Media, owns most of the stock of Live Nation (Whitten, 2022). Therefore, big companies and stakeholders stand with and behind the Ticketmaster, who will later defend the company against the glitches and site failure
