The role of the traditional housewife in society has developed over time in UAE culture and society. The traditional role of the housewife has been taken care of by family members to manage the household. The impact of losing a traditional housewife in the society of UAE has a significant impact. The research first discusses problems and issues by defining the purpose, aims, objectives, and questions for conducting the research and maintaining research relevance. After that, the literature review section has defined different challenges women have experienced while working, during the global pandemic working from home services and affecting home structure. Furthermore, the methodology section defines the approach, philosophy, methods, and data analysis techniques that will be used for conducting the research.
