The company considers waiting line models and arrival andservice rates analysis can improve the service operations. OEI Arrival and Service Rates The OEI is speculating to have an increase in their customer coverage to 20 customerswithin and year and to 30 customers in two years. Arrival time for 20 customers is calculatedthrough getting a call rate of 0.02 per hour.
