I will also discuss how the effects of this type of farming will not only affect the animals but also the humans that eat them. I will then discuss how it effects the environment, the economy, and what activists and federal legislation has done to prevent further abuse to animals. I will counter argument the argument against factory farming and give statements that are used to give validity to the counterargument. I will then discuss how people in favor of factory farming believe that the only way to support such a large meat consuming population as the United States is to mass produce meat in these farms. I will then discuss how the personal feelings of the people in favor of this method of farming believe that the injustices so to speak that activists have brought into the light are to be just hasty generalizations.
