It is suggested that the traditional ratio analysis is no longer a very important technique that can be used in the academic environment mainly because of the unsophisticated manner in which they are presented. The article is trying to bridge the gap between the traditional ratio analysis and the rigorous statistical techniques (Ratio Analysis).A set of the financial ratios was combined in a discriminate analysis approach in to the problem of the corporate bankruptcy prediction. Based on the theory, when the ratios are analyzed within a multivariate framework then it will take greater statistical significance than the common technique in which there is sequential technique (Brown, 2013). Discriminate ratio model has proved to be accurate when predicting bankruptcy. The accuracy is about 94% of the sample. In addition, the discriminate was accurate in the several secondary samples which were introduced to testing the reliability of the model. The other article reviews
