AC 3.1In order to foster a healthy corporate culture, it is essential to ensure that the workforce is varied across all demographics, including but not limited to age, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, and cultural heritage. By initially putting in place an inclusive workplace paradigm, that may be accomplished. By valuing the contributions, presence, and perspectives of many groups of individuals, an inclusive workplace model guarantees that the representation and make-up of the company are varied and inclusive. The second stage is making sure that the management team, who reflect the culture of the company, exemplifies diversity and inclusion. Thirdly, it is done through respecting various religious and cultural philosophies. By observing holidays and festivals, an inclusive culture may be created that encourages participation and productivity.ReferencesChanging work realities. (2019).
