He is considered as a teenager who has been reprieved of serious felonies but the main issues is his none of his felony is considered as done for a reason of physical harm. The status of Marquese being determined as Juvenile was determined by 5 main important considerations like He was charged with non-violent felony. But he did the planned burglary. Because of bad incidences happened in his childhood which turns him that way. He received no love and guidance to be right in his childhood. The gravity under which he committed offence was not of high degree that he need to contemplated on Adult court. I agree to decision of Jail Judge Nancy Hoffman decision was taken because she thinks Marquese need to be rehabilitated in juvenile because he will not be danger to other but in spite of she feels all victims deserve justice
