This is related to factors involved in the rigorous and strict training period which is necessary to undergo in order to serve in the army as well as factors related to various locations of deployments. In which, the different type of things one may have to see or do, all while essentially being ready to sacrifice ones life to serve ones country. Thus, its proven that 50% of veterans experience traumatic events, arent able to cope with their mental health (Lieberman, 2018). A study was done in a military base that proved that 14% of army forces were diagnosed with a mental health disorder (Galloway & Anderson, 2013). The long periods of isolation and separations from ones family, be it in terms of the training period or deployment can be immensely stressful for a person. This, coupled with the experience of uncertainty, especially in tough circumstances can impact a persons psychological state in a manner that persists andmanifests
