Due to the way this case was broadcasted in a public newspaper was widely school sponsored. It is not question or argument that the school had the privilege to censor it as they wanted for the welfare of its pupils. It was shown to be a severe distraction to its pupils of that school. It also started unneeded controversy. On the other side, the minority opinion would be most likely to be the disagreement that letting major censorship as so goes against the first amendments rights. 3.)
