Perhaps one of the most noteworthy marvels of ICT is the invention of plastic money or electronic money, mainly including credit / debit cards and ATM cards. In no time, the number of credit card users around the world increased from thousands to millions, mainly because of the convenience, efficiency and the fact that it eliminates the need to carry hefty amounts of paper money in wallets. Not to mention, the elevated risks associated with carrying paper-money have been eliminated completely.
