Key FindingsThis Section, A1 was compiled using information found on the United States Census Bureau website (United States Census Bureau, n.d.) and the County Health Rankings and Roadmaps website (County Health Rankings and Roadmaps, n.d.). Most of the population in the county is White at 79.0%. The national average is 76.3%. The high school graduation percentage in the county is 92.0%. This is higher than the national average of 88.5%. Sexually transmitted infections are a serious health concern occurring at a rate of 675.9 individuals per 100,000. Alcohol-impaired driving deaths in the county occurred at a rate of 23% Uninsured adults make up about 8.3% of the county population which is slightly better than 10.2% nationally.
