His post-operative course was uneventful, and he was discharged with the antirejection drugs. 3 months after, patient returned to work. However, after six month, he began to experience symptoms sure as weight gain, decreased urine output, fatigue, and temperatures up to 101F. He was evaluated by his nephrologist, and was found to have acute kidney transplant rejection. The aim of this paper is to analyze the assigned case studyas well as describe why the patient presented with the symptoms that are described below. It will also identify the role that genes play in diseases development and explain the process of immunosuppression and its impact on human body systems.Cellular processes and alteration within cellular processesThe patient is originally diagnosed with Acute kidney injury, which is previously known as acute renal failure. Acute Kidney injury is a sudden decline in kidney function with a
