It provides an understanding of the affordable healthcare act that was signed into law in 2010 by the former president Barack Obama. The study establishes that the aim of the Obamacare is to improve healthcare by enabling an easy access and as well making it affordable to everyone in America. Different reasons that render Obamacare unconstitutional in this paper are illustrated, including; unrepresented taxation, violation of constitutional rights and it being a source of raising revenue in America. With regards to the unrepresented taxation, the study finds out that the act violates various articles in the constitution like the section nine of the first article. The act’s violation of the constitution is evident in the commerce creation by the congress, bypassing the senate and bribing people for votes. The Obamacare also takes away the power left for the state and the people. Finally, this study views the Obamacare as a project meant to raise revenue. It forces people to buy insurance and imposes fines on those unwilling to buy
