Quantitative and qualitative research both are used in data collection for research work. In general, quantitative research generated the numerical data that can be converted into numbers and in measureable form. But in qualitative research, the data is available in non-numerical and non- measurable form. Qualitative research is widely used in human service research because it is done to improve and strengthen the human service program for the benefit of the society and quantitative research is widely used in scientific method because it is a process by which a person studies of the natural phenomenon and natural world and includes the various logical steps for conducting the research. When we want an outcome in the form of non-numerical form, it is good to use qualitative and when the outcome is required in numerical form, it is good to use qualitative research. The selection of the research method depends on the type of the research and its expected outcomes. Qualitative research is non-numerical data experimentation and assessment research and generally conducted in various academic disciplines like social science, sociology and psychology etc. because it is based on inquiry and analysis and it is non-statistical.It is conducted through interview, observations and case
