Scientifically it is true that it is even more harmful to the non-smoker who unwillingly inhales it as a third party. The American constitution has given its people a lot of freedoms that we feel it is okay to do whatever we please. Whose rights are being violated when public smoking is banned?Today we must come to the realities of this world and agree to disagree. I have decided to discuss today about how our human rights are being Extinguished and suppressed by the pessimist. People who only think and believe about realities, facts, and numbers but never have little respect for people’s addiction when in conflict with their health standards. They have revoked our freedoms hence violating our constitutional right. We can no longer smoke in public. I remember of a time I used to visit some major restaurants and am granted to choose whether to use the non-smoking section or the smoking section. It did not occur to me that I allowed a type of segregation that would affect me in the future.
