American Federalism Political System Today

1.Provide three (3) examples of how federalism has evolved from its origins to the American political system in place today.To a great extent federalism has evolved in American history over the course of year and three examples of the same is being discussed and described below:-The first example for the same is from the year 1861-1868 where part of the disputes that led to the Civil War (1861–1865) concerned federalism which was majorly concerned with limiting the power of the states and protection of basic rights of its citizens.The second example for the same is from the year 1865-1945 where the nature of the government and politics in United States changed drastically where the national government assumed larger role due to globalization and industrialization.The third example for the same is from the year 1969 – present there was a new federalism where there has been lot of changes in the powers and rights of the government and sates so as to manage the efficiently.2.Examine three to five (3-5) factors that have allowed the concept of federalism to shape American political behavior.The three factors that have allowed the concept of federalism to shape American political behavior are being discussed and described
