Davenport University Managerial Communications MGMT 535 Abstract The multiple intelligence test proved to be useful as it highlighted my top three intelligence styles that are Kinesthetic, Intrapersonal and Musical. These can be made effective if applied in appropriate situations. Identifying these skills can make the communication easy and more effective. Effective communication requires improvement upon our skills which are then put in use by organizations to limit the obstacles in the path of effective communication. Introduction Communication is the exchange of ideas and thoughts from one person to another. It forms the basis of almost every field of life. One has to practice different skills to enhance his/her communication ability. Organizations can improve upon the performance by developing the communication skills of the individuals (Cmpeanu Sonea, 2012). Communication involves a sender and receiver which share messages through a specified medium. All the information transmitted should be understood by the receiver to enhance the communication (Cmpeanu Sonea, 2012). It is important because one has to teach, coordinate, guide and evaluate through this process (Cmpeanu Sonea, 2012).
