The paper presents the ideas that prove communication is an art which is performed in our daily, personal and professional lives. Nowadays, communication is carried out through various mediums that include social, electronic and print media. Written communication started with characters which were drawn on stones. The advancement was shown in the process and paper, clay and wax were used for writing purposes. Common alphabets and their use were set up that enhanced the language across long distances. In the present world, technology showed progress and information can be conveyed through electronic signals (Reed, 2001).
