In each department, there is a person in charge. Management is, therefore, said to be the process that comprises the social and technical functions and activities occurring within an organization (Estalaki, 2017).According to the Community Mental Health Authority [CMHA] Gogebic Community Mental, Health Authority has a management team headed by the board of directors made up of several committees (CMHA, 2015). These committees are the by-law review committee, personnel committee, steering committee, finances committee, recipient rights committee, the planning committee, Michigan association of community mental health board delegates, and great lakes rural mental health association delegates. Under the board of directors, there is the chief executive officer, who works together with the maintenance coordinator, human resource coordinator, administrative compliance liaison, medical director, and the recipient rights contract manager. Under the chief executive officer, there are clinical service, finance, information, and community service directors. These directors head departments. The departments are the clinical services, community services, and administrative services departments. The departments have several sub-departments in them which are headed by heads
