Therefore, my company should consider making an informed decision in selecting the best candidate among Park L, Saya K, Peter V, and Joe P. for its next marketing person for the advertised vice president for a global marketing position.Overview of the Rankings The process involved in expatriation selection by Multinational Corporations includes; looking for individuals who can adapt to cultural change. People who have the motivation to work overseas, individuals who can speak multiple languages, MNEs also give attention to both physical and emotional health of an individual, the age, experience, and education of a person(Doh & Luthans, 2018).
