Therefore, once I was made the captain of my team back in high school. I was excited for being chosen as the leader of the team. Being the leader meant that I had the central role in the team. As such, the good moments were always my moments.As the captain, I helped the management to make some of the decisions affecting the team. That is, I was the representative of the players in meetings. I was also the one who lift the trophies. Of course, this is the greatest moment for any captain especially when a team is doing great. Even though it was exciting the experience came with difficulties that were sometimes overwhelming.Part of the problem was is was that, students unlike professional teams have to balance between class and sports performance.
