My two top leadership styles are the democratic leadership style and the Laissez-Faire style. The two leadership styles possess a similarity in the delegation process. This because the Laissez-faire leadership style permits subordinate the opportunity to make decisions regarding how to finish projects and tasks (Wakabi, 2016).
